Betonun sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in olmaz \u015fart olan donat\u0131 \u00e7eli\u011finin korozyon zafiyeti zaman i\u00e7erisinde b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar olu\u015fturmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Olu\u015fan korozyon hasarlar\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik ve sa\u011flaml\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorun ya\u015fat\u0131rken ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan da ciddi zararlar veriyor. <br \/>Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri&#8217;ndeki betonarme yap\u0131larda korozyon hasar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda tahmini 20 milyar dolara mal oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir. Mevcut altyap\u0131 ya\u015flanmaya devam ettik\u00e7e bu rakam\u0131n her y\u0131l 500 milyon $ artmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Yap\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n veya bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m i\u00e7in periyodik olarak kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finden, in\u015faattan sonra korozyonun ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00e7ok pahal\u0131 ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>\u00dclkemizde de yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lan betonarme yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131k yap\u0131la\u015fma, standart d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan in\u015faatlar, eksik bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbe, ucuza mal etme arzusu ve hileli yap\u0131lan i\u015fler sebebiyle durumlar\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011fu ortada. Maliyetini hesaplamak ise m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil, ama tahmin edilebilir. <br \/>Yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n eski olmas\u0131 da hesaba kat\u0131l\u0131rsa ABD&#8217;nin 20&#8217;de 1&#8217;i dahi olsa y\u0131ll\u0131k 1 milyar dolar bu ekonomik yoklukta muazzam bir rakama tekab\u00fcl eder. Bu sebeplerle betonarme yap\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde kullan\u0131lan \u00e7eli\u011fin \u00f6nceden korozyon tedbirlerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. <br \/>Asl\u0131nda beton kusursuz oldu\u011funda alkali ortam sebebiyle \u0130\u00e7indeki demiri koruyabilir. Fakat bunun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 her zaman ve her ko\u015fulda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. D\u0131\u015f \u015fartlar, darbeler, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 nem, sars\u0131nt\u0131 ve depremler \u00f6zellikle betonun standart d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131 yeterli pas paylar\u0131n\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmamas\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7ilik hatalar\u0131- sebebiyle olu\u015fan bo\u015fluklar, \u00e7atlaklar oksijenin <br \/>demir ile temas etmesine sebep olur. Bu vesileyle ba\u015flayacak korozyon \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. <br \/>\u0130n\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi korozyonunun getirdi\u011fi ekonomik y\u00fck\u00fcn yan\u0131nda as\u0131l dikkat \u00e7eken b\u00fcy\u00fck problem -\u00f6zellikle deprem b\u00f6lgesi \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7in- sa\u011flaml\u0131k zafiyeti ve yap\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011finin azalmas\u0131d\u0131r. Betonarme i\u00e7indeki in\u015faat demiri pasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, korozyon \u00fcr\u00fcnleri hacmini artt\u0131r\u0131r. T\u00fcm demir oksit ve hidroksit formlar\u0131, \u00e7elikten daha b\u00fcy\u00fck olan<\/p><p>belirli hacimlere sahiptir. Bu genle\u015fme betonun \u00e7atlamas\u0131na sebep olur. Di\u011fer yandan projede ge\u00e7en in\u015faat demiri et kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 azal\u0131r. Bu da ta\u015f\u0131ma mukavemetini azalt\u0131r. <br \/>6 \u015eubat&#8217;ta \u00fclkemizde ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem felaketinde y\u0131k\u0131lan binalar\u0131n pek \u00e7o\u011funda demirin korozyona u\u011frayarak yap\u0131y\u0131 zay\u0131flatmas\u0131 sebebiyle y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. 1999 Marmara depremi sonras\u0131 Yap\u0131sal \u00c7elik Derne\u011finin Adapazar\u0131&#8217;nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda donat\u0131 \u00e7eli\u011fi korozyona u\u011frayarak zay\u0131flayan kolonlar sebebiyle y\u0131k\u0131lan binalar tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00f6ken binalarda 16 mm&#8217;lik in\u015faat demirlerinin korozyon sebebiyle 8-10 mm&#8217;ye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Maalesef yine bir deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkesi olan T\u00fcrkiye de galvanizli donat\u0131 \u00e7eli\u011fi son derece az kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>Donat\u0131 \u00e7eli\u011finin galvanizlenmesinin avantajlar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralanabilir; <br \/>Katodik ve bariyer kaplama; \u00c7inko yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi beton ile temas\u0131nda a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 unsurlara kar\u015f\u0131 bir bariyer g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr. \u00c7ok az beton d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi veya hi\u00e7 olmamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Daha y\u00fcksek klor\u00fcr konsantrasyonu tolerans\u0131. Agresif ortamlarda iyi performans g\u00f6sterir. De\u011fi\u015fken beton kalitesini tolere eder.
