Marmara-Siegener Galvaniz
Established in 2003 in İzmit, Marmara-Siegener Galvaniz is one of Türkiye’s leading companies in the hot-dip galvanizing industry. With a strong commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence, the company has rapidly gained a prominent position in the galvanizing sector.
As a significant milestone in its development journey, Marmara-Siegener Galvaniz formed a strategic partnership in 2008 with Siegener Verzinkerei Holding GmbH, one of Europe’s most reputable galvanizing organizations with over 100 years of experience.
Leveraging the technical expertise and synergy created by this partnership, one of Türkiye’s largest galvanizing facilities was commissioned in 2011 in Dilovası İMES OSB. In line with its growth strategy, a third galvanizing plant was launched in Velimeşe – Tekirdağ in September 2016. Most recently, as of September 2025, a new state-of-the-art facility in Alikahya OSB replaced the original İzmit plant, further enhancing the company’s technological infrastructure and production capacity.
As of 2026, the strategic partnership with Siegener Verzinkerei Holding GmbH has been concluded, and the company has transitioned into a new partnership structure with B.E. Wedge Holdings Limited, one of the world’s leading galvanizing organizations with over 150 years of heritage. This new collaboration further strengthens Marmara-Siegener Galvaniz’s global expertise and service quality.
Today, Marmara-Siegener Galvaniz A.Ş. operates three modern galvanizing plants with a total annual galvanizing capacity of 170.000 tons, providing 24/7 service. The company is committed to protecting steel against corrosion, extending product life cycles, and promoting efficient use of resources, while contributing to both the national economy and environmental sustainability.

- The MSG, Gebze and Velimeşe plants, which are jointly owned by the German Galvanizing company Siegener Verzinkerei Holding, have been designed with the latest technology required by international standards, with environmental awareness and job security on the front panel.
